We look at a defined part of your business: meeting preparation, notes and follow-up, paraplanning administration, internal knowledge or educational content. The question is where AI could help your team complete useful work.
The output can be a prioritised workflow assessment, an outline of data and review requirements, and a brief for a first pilot. If the immediate problem is an unclear process or incomplete inputs, the plan should address that first.
