Using this website

The workflow planner calculates in your browser. It does not submit your entries to us, save them between visits or add them to a share URL. You can copy or download an outline, or choose to include it in an email. The AI implementation enquiry form sends firm-level contact information only when you submit it and the server confirms receipt. There is no newsletter signup or client-file upload. Downloading a worksheet does not require registration.

Optional website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 only after you choose “Accept analytics”. It helps us understand which guides people use, which sources bring visitors here, and whether people select contact links or resources. Rejecting analytics does not affect access to the website or planner. Google’s analytics script is not loaded before your choice or when analytics is rejected.

With consent, Google receives page titles and addresses, the referring website’s origin when available, device and browser information, and measurements of page views, resource-download clicks, contact-link clicks and selected planner actions. We recognise a small list of AI-source campaign labels, such as ChatGPT or Perplexity. Other query-string values and URL fragments are excluded from the page addresses we send. We do not send planner entries, calculated figures, outline text, email addresses or email contents to Google Analytics. We have disabled automatic form and outbound-link tracking, advertising personalisation and Google signals for this measurement.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies beginning _ga to distinguish visits. We configure these cookies with a lifetime of up to 180 days, which can be renewed by subsequent activity with consent. We store your analytics choice and its date in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days so that we can respect it. This preference storage is used even when you reject analytics.

You can change your choice at any time using Analytics settings in the footer. Rejecting analytics stops further collection and removes this site’s analytics cookies; the page may reload to unload the script. This does not automatically erase information already processed by Google. Contact us about any privacy or deletion request.

Compliant Paraplanning Services Ltd controls this website’s analytics use. Consent is the basis for optional analytics. Google provides the analytics service and may process information outside the UK under its applicable data-processing arrangements. Analytics covers consenting visitors and may be affected by browser protections. A contact-link click is not proof that an enquiry was sent, and a download click is not proof that a file was read. Analytics cannot show every AI citation or identify a person who viewed an AI answer without visiting this site.

Hosting and search services

Hostinger processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Search providers may fetch publicly available pages. Their webmaster reports describe search visibility; they do not give us the identity of individual searchers.

Implementation enquiries

Compliant Paraplanning Services Ltd controls the information supplied through the enquiry form. We use your business contact details, firm-level description and optional source information to assess and respond to your request, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking requested steps before a contract. Required fields support that response; optional fields can be left blank.

When online submission is enabled, records are stored in a private operator queue. Access is restricted to the verified owner. A receipt is shown only after saving; the system does not send notification emails. Necessary session cookies last up to one hour and protect submissions and operator sign-in. Enquiry contents are not sent to Google Analytics, included in URLs or shared with a model provider.

Closed enquiries are reviewed for deletion after 12 months unless an ongoing engagement, legal obligation or documented business need requires retention. Access and change records support operation and security. For access, correction, deletion or objection requests, contact the address below. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Please do not supply retail-client information through this form.

Contacting us

An email link opens your email application; a message is sent only when you choose to send it. We use information you choose to send to respond to your business enquiry and discuss the requested service. Do not send client files or personal financial details in an initial enquiry.

This site does not automatically record whether a contact link becomes an enquiry. You may tell us which guide or AI service brought you here; that is optional. External services have their own privacy information.

Questions and corrections

Use the contact route or email hello@adviseraiguide.co.uk for privacy questions, to exercise your data-protection rights, or to ask about information you have sent. We may need information to locate the relevant records. Any arrangement to handle client material requires a separate agreement. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
