TAKE THE NEXT STEP

Your pilot outline.

Save the comparison for your team or include it in an enquiry. Add your firm and role before sending.

This outline is labelled as a fictional example.

What the numbers can tell you.

AI time per task = preparation + tool use + corrections + review and handover. Weekly staff time released = (current time − AI time) × tasks per week ÷ 60. Setup recovery = one-off setup hours ÷ positive weekly hours released.

Count time from everyone involved and compare the same task with the same acceptance checks. Record active staff time; elapsed waiting time is a separate measure. Software costs and ongoing administration are not included. Time released does not automatically become a cash saving.

A faster draft still needs an acceptable result. Begin with fictional or otherwise permitted material, name a reviewer and decide what would make you stop. Read the pilot guide or inspect the worked meeting-note example.
