AI SETUP & IMPLEMENTATION

Get AI working in the workflows your team uses every day.

We help advice firms choose, configure and test AI, train the team and put it into everyday use. Where needed, we build an internal AI workspace in your firm’s own cloud account.

A service delivered and contracted by Compliant Paraplanning Services Ltd, publisher of Adviser AI Guide.

START WITH ONE WORKFLOW

The Annual Review Workflow Pilot

Bring together approved client information, prepare a sourced review summary, highlight missing or inconsistent records and draft an invitation for your reviewer.

  1. Inspect the evidence. Sources and dates stay visible.
  2. Prepare and check. Missing facts remain unresolved; ended contributions stay ended.
  3. Decide what happens next. Your authorised reviewer approves advice and outgoing communications.

Try the fictional preparation example. It uses fixed examples, with no live AI connection or real client uploads.

A bounded pilot with a useful handover

One workflow, one existing product or supported integration route, up to 5 initial users. Agree 12–20 representative cases before starting (maximum 20 included), supplemented by a reusable fictional failure set.

  • Workflow and output configuration, one defined adjustment cycle.
  • Two short training sessions, documented findings and an operating handover.
  • Target elapsed duration: two to four weeks, dependent on access, samples and feedback.

Bespoke CRM connectors, extensive data remediation, multiple workflows and a firm-wide policy programme are additional scope. The fee buys the agreed implementation and evaluation work; savings and rollout are not guaranteed.

Use existing tools, or commission your own workspace

The review compares your existing tools first. Where a dedicated workspace is justified, we scope a client-owned cloud account, approved sources, staff permissions, review steps and operating arrangements.

AWS is our starting point; Google Cloud and Microsoft options can be considered around your requirements. A private workspace is separately scoped and quoted following discovery. No cloud account or CRM connection is created by this website.

Measure the work that is actually completed

Compare equivalent tasks, including preparation, checking and corrections. Record unsupported statements, omissions, useful exceptions, running costs and continued use.

A proposed pilot gate requires no critical errors or access failures in the agreed sample, supported or explicitly unresolved consequential facts, no unapproved actions, and acceptance by your named reviewer. Passing a sample does not establish universal accuracy.

A 25% reduction in median total task time is an illustrative target to discuss, not an achieved result or promise. The report can recommend rollout, adjustment or stopping.

Clear fees. Agreed scope.

AI Workflow Review £750
Assess one workflow and existing tools; establish the baseline, approval needs and information quality; recommend an approach, indicative costs and test plan. Useful on its own.
One-Workflow Implementation Pilot £3,000 total
Includes the £750 review. If you have already paid for that review, the balance for this standard pilot is £2,250.
Private AI Workspace £12,500–£25,000 planning range
Scoped and quoted following discovery and feasibility. Assumes a reusable deployment pattern, defined access, approved sources and one first workflow. A first bespoke intelliflo connector or demanding operational requirements may exceed this range.
Workflow care £350/month
One implemented workflow; scheduled checks, assistance and an agreed allowance for small changes.
Private-workspace care from £750/month
Defined monitoring, maintenance, relevant model-change testing and operating support.

All fees exclude VAT where applicable. Software licences, cloud consumption and third-party integration charges are additional and disclosed before commitment.

Support hours, included effort, response times, exclusions and change allowance are agreed in writing. No unlimited engineering or 24/7 support is included. If the pilot is agreed as the first milestone of a workspace programme, its fee is part of that programme. Unrelated completed engagements are not automatically credited.

What would recovered capacity be worth?

Illustrative assumptions, not measured results or vendor quotes. Include checking and corrections in net minutes. A negative figure means extra work.

Capacity value is not guaranteed revenue or a cash saving. Software and cloud assumptions require a quote. These figures exclude VAT where applicable and your internal implementation time.

People, training and responsibility

Steven Calvert leads workflow discovery and the customer relationship for CPS. Competent engineering support covers integration and security. Your firm names a sponsor and authorised reviewers.

Training covers preparing approved inputs, checking sources and exceptions, escalating uncertainty and using the handover. Implementation support is separate from ongoing case-by-case paraplanning; any CPS case-review work must be commissioned separately.

Questions before you start

Do we need a new platform?

No. The review compares existing options first and recommends an approach around the workflow.

Can this work with Intelligent Office?

Feasibility, authorised API access, endpoint coverage, registration and commercial terms must be established. We do not promise universal compatibility or include a bespoke connector at the lower workspace price.

Who checks the output?

Your firm’s authorised reviewer. Separately commissioned CPS paraplanning work can be agreed; your firm retains approval of advice and client communications.

Who owns a private workspace?

The agreed client-owned cloud account and data arrangement is documented. Continued-use rights, CPS reusable intellectual property and third-party software/licence terms are made explicit.

What does support cover?

Only defined workflows, environments and operating responsibilities, with response hours and a change allowance agreed in writing.

What if the pilot is disappointing?

The report records the result, the agreed adjustment and a rollout recommendation. There is no automatic commitment to a larger build.
